• A booking is confirmed once payment (or deposit, if applicable) is received.
  
  

• Prices are listed in EUR and include accommodation, meals, and scheduled retreat activities.
  
  

• Travel to and from the venue is not included unless explicitly stated.

• Cancellations up to 60 days before the retreat: refund minus a small admin fee.
  
  

• Cancellations within 60 days: non-refundable unless the place is filled.
  
  

• You may transfer your ticket to another eligible participant with prior approval.

• All activities are optional.
  
  

• Guests are responsible for their own physical and emotional wellbeing.
  
  

• Yoga, sauna, and outdoor activities are undertaken at the guest’s own discretion.
  
  

• Please inform the hosts of any relevant health conditions in advance.

• Room allocations are based on the option booked.
  
  

• Shared rooms involve sharing with other retreat participants.
  
  

• While we aim to accommodate preferences, specific room requests cannot always be guaranteed.

• This is a women-only retreat conducted in English.
  
  

• Guests are expected to treat others with respect and care.
  
  

• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

• The hosts are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury during the retreat, except where required by law.
  
  

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

• Photos may be taken during the retreat for future promotion.
  
  

• Guests may opt out of being photographed but must notify the hosts in advance.

• The hosts reserve the right to make necessary changes to the programme.
  
  

• In the unlikely event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond control, guests will be offered a refund or transfer.

• This retreat requires a minimum number of participants to run.

• If the minimum number of bookings is not reached, the hosts reserve the right to cancel the retreat up to 90 days before the scheduled start date.

• In the event that the retreat is cancelled by the hosts:

• All payments made will be fully refunded, or

• Guests may choose to transfer their booking to a future retreat (if available)

• The hosts are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by guests, including travel or accommodation arranged independently.
